    The feeder takes about 5 minutes to set up, although it took me a little longer to understand some of the app instructions. Once everything was connected, it worked great!

    The PetTech app lets you set up feeding schedules, adjust portions, and even record a message for your pet. I also really like the battery backup feature—it helps keep the feeding schedule running even during a power outage.

    Overall, the feeder works well and has some really useful features once you get everything set up!

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, an approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.

    30-Day Limited Warranty

    Your purchase is also covered by a 30-day limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

    This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions that occur during normal intended use.
